基本情報
マッセー大学は、ニュージーランド北島に複数キャンパスがある、ニュージーランド最大の国立大学の一つです。首都ウェリントン、最大都市オークランドにもキャンパスがあります。
農業学校として設立された背景があることから、農業系に強い大学ですが、そのほかにもニュージーランドでは獣医学部と航空学校を備える大学として、留学生から人気があります。
特に、ニュージーランドで獣医学が学べる唯一の大学で、イギリスなど他の英語圏の国でも認められる獣医資格を取得できることもあり人気があります。
自然を活かし、動物学や海洋バイオロジーの専攻など自然科学系の幅広い専攻が提供されています。世界的にも貴重な生態系を誇り美しい自然の中で学ぶことができます。
授業は少人数制が基本で講師陣との距離が近いのも特徴です。学生寮も兼ね備えているので、充実した留学生活を送ることができるでしょう。

ファウンデーションコース（大学準備コース）
マッセー大学には、付属のMassay University Collegeがあり、そこで学ぶことで学部課程に直接入学することができます。
カレッジへの英語の入学条件はコース期間によって異なりますが、IELTS5.0～6.0以上です。英語が苦手な人でも、入学するチャンスは十分あります。
